Whether you're new to car detailing or a returning customer, here are some of the most common questions we get asked before a booking in South East Queensland. If you need more information, feel free to get in touch — we're here to help.

  • Can I customise my detailing package?
    Absolutely. Every car is different and so is every customer — we’re happy to adjust our services to suit exactly what you’re after. Just let us know your priorities and we’ll tailor a package to match.
  • Do you offer any discounts or loyalty programmes?
    We do! We offer multi-car discounts, referral rewards, and loyalty deals for returning customers. Just ask when you’re booking and we’ll let you know what’s available.
  • What products do you use, and are they safe for my car?
    We only use professional-grade products that deliver top results and are safe for all vehicle types. Because of our experience, we’re also trained to safely use stronger products like acids when needed — for example, on stubborn brake dust or mineral deposits. We always choose the safest and most effective option based on the condition of your car.
  • Do I need to book ahead?
    Yes — booking ahead helps us plan properly and give your vehicle the attention it deserves. You can book online, via phone, or send us a message on socials.
  • How long does a detail take?
    It depends on the service. A basic interior or exterior detail usually takes around 1.5 to 2 hours. Full details, paint correction or ceramic coatings can take anywhere from 4 hours to a full day. We’ll let you know what to expect when you book.
  • Do you offer mobile detailing, or do I drop the car off?
    We offer both. If it’s more convenient, we can come to your home or workplace with our mobile setup. If you’d rather drop it off, we have a studio option available too.
  • What’s the difference between a car wash and a detail?
    A car wash gives your car a quick clean. Detailing is much more thorough — we deep clean, restore and protect every surface, inside and out. It’s ideal for maintaining your car long-term or getting it looking its best again.
  • Can you remove pet hair, stains, or odours?
    Definitely. Interior deep cleaning is one of our most requested services. Whether it’s pet hair, spills, mould, or lingering smells, we’ve got the tools and know-how to sort it out properly.
